CRANBERRY SAUCE 
3/4 c. port wine
4 pkgs. sugar substitute or sugar to taste
2 c. raw cranberries

Combine wine and cranberries in uncovered saucepan. Simmer over low heat until berries pop open. Chill and store in refrigerator. Makes 1 3/4 cups. With sugar substitute 5 calories per tablespoon.
