CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
Nilla Wafers
Pie filling of choice

Mix softened cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar until creamy. Put a Nilla Wafer in bottom of cupcake paper. Fill half full with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Spoon any fruit pie filling on top. Store in refrigerator. Makes approximately 24 cupcakes.
