PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (13 oz.) can condensed milk
1 prepared pie shell

Prepare pie shell per package directions for this type of pie. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix the first 6 ingredients. Stir until well blended, then add the next 3 ingredients. Stir until mixture is smooth. Pour pumpkin mixture into the pie shell and bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and continue baking for another 35 minutes or until knife inserted 2-inches from the pie edge comes out clean.
