CRANBERRY FREEZE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. cream, whipped

Beat cream cheese, sugar, mayo until soft and light. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into ring mold and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with kiwi fruit.
