PINK CRANBERRY FREEZE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can whole cranberry sauce, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream (or Cool Whip)
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar. Beat until well blended. Add pineapple and cranberry sauce. Mix in whipped cream and nuts. Freeze overnight in a 9"x13" casserole dish. Let set out about 10 minutes before serving to aid in cutting.
