CRANBERRY FREEZE 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
2 c. sugar
10 to 12 oz. Cool whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Grind berries in blender (add water for easier grinding) and then combine with pineapple and sugar. Let mixture drain in refrigerator overnight. Fold in remaining ingredients to cranberry mixture. Put in 8 x 10 pan and freeze. Cut into squares for serving.
