CHRISTMAS FRUIT SALAD 
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. ground mustard

Cook until thick. When cold, add the beaten whites of eggs and 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped. 1 lb. grapes

Cut in small pieces. Remove seeds from grapes, if any. Drain fruit 3 or 4 hours. Walnut meats, chopped

Put together at least 1 hour before serving. I label this "Christmas" because it was always our special treat on Christmas.
