1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. fine chopped onions
1 to 2 tbsp. ketchup
1 (4 1/2 oz.) shrimp

Beat first 4 ingredients. Then add shrimp.
