FILLETS ALMONDINE 
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillet, cut into individual portions
1/2 tsp. salt

In 2 cup measure, combine almonds and 2 tablespoons butter. Cook on high 2 to 3 minutes. In 7 1/2 x 12 inch dish, melt 3 tablespoons butter on high 35 seconds. Stir in lemon juice and add fish. Cover with wax paper. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Turn dish and cook 3 minutes (depending on thickness of fillets). Sprinkle with salt and buttered almonds. Serves 2. Fish is flaky and delicious.
