HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. diced green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
Parsley or additional nuts

Add all ingredients to softened cream cheese. Shape into ball. Roll in parsley or nuts. Can be frozen and thawed 30 minutes before serving.
