SUNDAY BRUNCH 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. cubed ham
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed

Mix together the onion, pepper, ham and cheese. Mix together the eggs, milk and hash browns. Combine and season to taste. Put into 9"x13" pan. Top with more grated cheese and parsley flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Serves 8. (Can also be used as appetizer, cut into small squares. Prepare ahead and reheat in microwave before serving.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
