CORN MOUSSAKA 
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese with chives, drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Spread corn in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole or a 6x10x2 inch baking dish. Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add flour; cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, and cinnamon; pour over corn in dish. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine eggs and cottage cheese; spread over corn mixture. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
