CREOLE BEANS 
8 slices bacon
2 (1 lb.) cans Blue Lake green beans
1 tbsp. onion soup mix
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. brown sugar

Dice bacon and saute. Drain. Set aside 2 tablespoons bacon fat. Put drained beans in pot. Add soup, tomatoes, brown sugar, bacon and heat. Add bacon fat.
