MOTHER'S (AUNT AGNES) PEACH PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. pecan meats
9-inch pie shell (unbaked)

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter. Stir just enough to blend. Add nuts. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

I use Pillsbury refrigerated pie shells. Don't tell Jeanne or Betty Jo.
