3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
12 tbsp. oil
2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
