EASY ORANGE ROLLS 
5 loaves frozen white bread dough, thawed

ORANGE MIXTURE:

2 or 3 oranges (depending on size), grate the rind
1 c. butter, softened (not melted)
2 c. white sugar

Roll out 1 loaf or 2 loaves at a time. Spread with appropriate amount of orange mixture. Roll up, as for jelly roll. Cut with heavy string or strong thread. Place rolls in well greased round cake pans or cake pans. Rise until double in size. Bake in 375 degree oven 8 minutes on a rack in the middle of the oven and then 8 minutes on a rack a little lower.
