 Sybil Kay (Indiana) says:
I ordered chestnuts online and I got what the computer says are hazelnuts. I don't know what to do with them and the recipes I looked at have already had the nuts processed. What do you do to get them ready for a recipe?

 Lorna (South Carolina) replies:
Chestnuts and hazelnuts are two very different things! Chestnuts are a nut that is usually roasted and eaten raw or in soup, while hazelnuts are ground into flour for baking.
