1 box of Duncan Hines Yellow Butter cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter

Cream eggs and butter. Add cake mix. Pour into greased, floured cake pan (13 x 9 inches).

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix above ingredients and pour over cake batter. Cook at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
