HERB BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Put chicken in 2-quart baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon on top. Cover and bake in slow oven (325 degrees) for about 1 1/4 hours.
