BAKED HERB CHICKEN 
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch baking pan:

1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up

Combine and pour over:

1 1/4 cup thick mushroom sauce or 1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano

Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hours. Serves 6.
