BAKED CHICKEN WITH HERBS 
6 to 8 skinless chicken breast
5 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 1/2 c. milk

Brown chicken on sides in oil. Remove it to 1 1/2 quart casserole. Blend flour in oil in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until smooth. Pour sauce over chicken.

Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes. Serve over rice. This dish waits until people are ready to eat - just keep warm. It also freezes well.
