HERB BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (opt.)
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
Juice and peel of 1/2 lemon
6 half chicken breasts, skinned
Mushrooms (opt.)

In small bowl combine garlic, paprika, oregano, pepper and lemon peel; rub over chicken. In 2 quart oblong baking dish, arrange chicken, thicker portions toward edge of dish. Drizzle with lemon and top with mushrooms. Cover with wax paper or glass dish cover. Microwave at HIGH for about 10 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
