SOUR MILK BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. fat
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. thick sour cream or sour milk, enough to make a soft dough

Mix and sift ingredients. Add fat. Add milk gradually. Put on well floured board. Roll out to 1 inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on greased pan and bake in oven 450 degrees F. 10 to 15 minutes.
