HOLIDAY EGGNOG 
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. half and half

Add sugar and salt to eggs. Beat well (or use blender) until thick and lemon colored. Stir in half and half. Chill 5 hours before serving. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
