SOUR DOUGH BREAD 
6 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil or shortening

Mix together well and add: 1 c. sweet milk

Mix 1 cup warm water to 1 package yeast, add to flour mix, store in covered bowl. Let rise for 30 minutes. Then refrigerate. Better to stay in refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight before using. Bake at 400 degrees.
