CUSTARD BREAD PUDDING 
2 slices of bread broken in small squares
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. of milk

Into a bowl beat eggs and stir in the sugar and milk, add bread cubes and pour into a well greased baking dish. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg. Bake in a pan of water. Don't let the water boil. Bake at 350 degree oven, bake until custard is set when a knife comes out clean as you try it in middle of the pudding. Takes about 1 hour to bake.
