Step 1: Bake cake as directed. Cool on a wire rack.

Step 2: Trim crust off cake; add icing and cut into 2 1/2 inch squares.

ICING:

3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. boiling water
About 3 c. shredded coconut
