SLIM BROCCOLI-CHICKEN 
2 lg. chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. thyme
3 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Saute chicken with onion in butter in skillet. Stir in broccoli, lemon juice, thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 6 minutes. Add tomatoes and cover. Simmer for 4 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
