CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion
1 stick celery
4-5 chicken breasts
2 pkg. broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Mushrooms
3/4 tbsp. curry (optional)

Boil chicken with onion, celery, and salt until tender. Cook broccoli and drain. Place broccoli in a 9 x 13 inch dish, then debone chicken and place over broccoli.
