2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 lg. can pineapple (crushed) in its own juice 1/2 c. grated green pepper 1 sm. grated onion 3 tsp. seasoned salt 1 c. grated nuts Blend carrot, pepper and onion together. Drain pineapple by squeezing juice out through cheese cloth or something similar. Mix pineapple with carrot, pepper and onion. Blend salt with the cream cheese. Add all of the above together and roll into a ball adding only 3/4 of the nuts. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with crackers. |
