SHRIMP REMOULADE (BOILED SHRIMP) 
1 lb. med. shrimp
1/4 c. salt
2 tbsp. liquid crab boil
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Bring 3 quarts water to a boil, add seasoning. Add shrimp and bring back to a rolling boil. Turn off fire and let shrimp soak for 15 minutes. Drain, peel, and devein. Refrigerate until ready to serve with remoulade sauce. 1-2 servings.
