TURKEY CASSEROLE 
Make a white sauce with 4 tablespoons of butter, 3 tablespoons of flour. Heat together until butter is melted. Add 4 cups milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon onion flakes or finely chopped onion. Mix in can cream of chicken soup and 1 can of celery soup. Bring all to a boil. Stir in 2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drop biscuit dough by spoonful on top of turkey mixture. Bake uncovered 20 minutes at 425 degrees then 10 minutes more at 400 degrees.

DROP BISCUITS:

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. milk
