SCALLOPED POTATOES 
7 med. size potatoes
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Peel, slice and boil potatoes. Make the sauce while they are cooking. Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Melt butter and then add flour mixture. Stir in the milk gradually and continue cooking until it thickens. Stir in pieces of the cheese until all is melted. Add the chopped onion. Drain the potatoes. In a baking dish, layer potatoes, then sauce, potatoes and then sauce. Bake, without a top, in a 375 degree oven, until lightly browned.
