GRILLED CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 inch piece of ginger root
1 sm. garlic clove, mashed
4 (1/4 lb.) chicken cutlets

Combine soy, honey, oil, ginger and garlic. Cook until warm, about 1 minute. Marinate chicken in this mixture about 10 minutes. Heat 2 teaspoons honey until warm, and set aside.

Put chicken on grill and brush with marinade. Cook 5 minutes. Turn chicken and baste with remaining marinade and cook 5 minutes. Brush breast with 1 teaspoon sesame oil and heated honey. Cook until glazed, 1 to 2 minutes each side.
