1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Romano cheese, grated
1/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
Ground black pepper to taste

Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly for dressing. Pour over lettuce; toss. Sprinkle cheeses on salad and toss again. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
