APRICOT PIE 
2 1/2 c. fruit, drained
1 c. juice
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
Butter
Pastry for 2 crust pie

Combine cornstarch and sugar; stir in juice. Cook until clear. Place fruit in uncooked pie shell; add sauce; dot with butter. Place upper crust on pie and bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
