YOGURT PIE 
3 c. non-fat yogurt
1 c. sugar or low calorie sweetener that won't lose flavor when baked
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cornstarch
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 lg. (extra serving) graham cracker pie crust

Combine the first 6 ingredients; mix with a spoon until smooth. Pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. When done the edges will be brown and the middle will puff up. Cool and serve or refrigerate and serve later.
