BERRY ELEGANT PIE 
1/2 tbsp. gelatin
1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.)
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. plain yogurt
1 crumb crust
1 pt. strawberries (stemmed, halved)
1/4 c. strawberry jelly (melted)

In small saucepan, combine gelatin with 1/4 cup water and dissolve over low heat. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add cream. Beat until soft peaks form.

Add dissolved gelatin and yogurt. Beat until stiff. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours. Before serving, arrange berries decoratively on top. Drizzle jelly over berries. 8 servings.
