PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 baked 9-inch pie crust
1 c. plain yogurt
1 (14-20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. instant Jello sugar free vanilla pudding

Mix together yogurt and pineapple, juice included. Add the pudding mix. Mix thoroughly. Put into crust. Refrigerate until serving time. Top with Cool Whip. Makes 6 servings.
