1 c. non fat plain yogurt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 sm. box sugar free vanilla pudding mix

Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Pour into dessert cups if desired. Let set in refrigerator until cold.
