LEMONADE - YOGURT PIE 
1/3 c. frozen lemonade concentrate, defrosted
2 env. (2 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 cartons (8 oz. each) lemon flavored yogurt

Pour lemonade into a small saucepan, sprinkle in gelatin. Stir, then let stand to soften gelatin. Add sugar and heat the mixture gently to dissolve gelatin and sugar. Stir in vanilla, refrigerate until cold and beginning to set. Whip lemonade mixture until fluffy. Stir in yogurt and whip again. Pour into a graham cracker crumb crust and chill until firm. Before serving, decorate the top of pie with kiwi slices, raspberries or strawberries and blueberries. Serves 8. 8 grams of fat.
