"GOOD AS LONG AS IT LASTS" COLE
SLAW
 
1 med. cabbage, finely chopped
2 med. onions, finely chopped
7/8 c. sugar

DRESSING:

2 tsp. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. salt
2/3 c. cooking oil

Combine cabbage and onions. Sprinkle sugar over them and mix well. Combine all ingredients for dressing in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Refrigerate. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
