PUMPKIN CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. canned pumpkin 2 c. sugar 1 c. Wesson oil 2 tsp. baking soda (dissolved in a small amount of warm water) 4 eggs Mix the sugar, eggs, oil and soda until well blended. Add the dry ingredients and mix. Bake in a 9"x13" pan about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. It is best baked and put in refrigerator overnight before serving. Ice with pumpkin cake icing. |
