KATHY'S TART 
Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruit
Any clear jelly

Roll out cookie dough and place in tart pan with removable bottom. Prick with fork. Bake at temperature on package, 10 to 20 minutes. Watch it carefully and cook until golden; cool. At last minute mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread in crust. Top with whatever fresh fruit(s) you prefer. Melt jelly in saucepan and brush over fruit to glaze. Serve at once.
