BURRITOS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic
2 chili encurtidos
Dash of cloves
1 diced potato (optional)
1 (No. 303) can refried beans
1/2 c. flour
Tortillas
Salt to taste
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated (optional)

Brown ground meat; add chili and 1/4 cup water. Add cumin, garlic, encurtidos and cloves. Simmer for 30 minutes, adding water, if necessary. Add potatoes and beans. Spread meat mixture on tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll and fold ends.
