LEMON DREAM CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. apricot juice (nectar)
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat 2 minutes. Spread batter in a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up about 15 minutes; then remove from pan. (I also cover bottom of tube pan with wax paper.)

GLAZE:

1 c. confectionery sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend sugar and lemon juice, pour over warm cake.
