CHEESE CAKE DESSERT 
1 box (3 oz) lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 (16 oz) container cottage cheese
graham cracker crumbs

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Cool and refrigerate until slightly thickened.

In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Whip Dream Whip following package directions and stir in 8 oz cottage cheese. Add mixture to chilled Jell-O. Sprinkle top with crumbled graham crackers and serve.

Optional: Spread mixture in a graham cracker crust and chill until set.
