CHICKEN FINGERS OR NUGGETS 
4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water
Flavored bread crumbs

Cut breasts in strips or pieces (about 1-1 1/2 inch squares). Dip into egg wash and then dip in bread crumb mixture.

In a fry pan, heat oil until nice and hot. Fry (pieces or strips) until nice and golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dip sauce and a vegetable side dish. (The kids just can't get enough.)
