CHICKEN NUGGETS 
2 pkgs. boneless chicken breast
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. flour
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. olive oil

Cut breasts in bite-size pieces. Soak in milk for 30 minutes. Combine other ingredients except for olive oil. Roll nuggets in flour mixture. Pan fry in oil for 7 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. water
1 c. Heinz 57
1 c. honey

Dissolve cornstarch in water. Stir in Heinz and honey. Cook over low heat until thick. Serve at room temperature with nuggets.
