CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 whole broiler breasts, boned & skinned
1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. butter, melted

Cut each half boned chicken breasts into 6 or 8 nuggets (1 1/2 to 2 inches). Combine bread crumbs, cheese, Accent, salt and herbs. Dip into melted butter then crumbs. Place single layer on foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Can be frozen and reheated at 350 degrees about 10 minutes.
